### Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
* The item must be in the same condition that you received it: **unused, unglued, unlacquered, and in its original packaging**.
* **Table tennis rubbers** must have their original protective film intact and factory seals unbroken.
* **Blades** must show no signs of adhesive residue, edge dings, or grip sweat marks.
* Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

### Non-Returnable Items
* Customized equipment (such as pre-assembled blades with glued rubbers upon customer request).
* Maintenance liquids, glues, or cleaning sprays once unsealed.
* Gift cards or clearance items.

### How to Initiate a Return
1. Contact us at **info@ttgearhub.com** with your order number and the reason for return.
2. If approved, we will provide the return address and instructions.
3. Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item sent).

### Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
