At TTGearHub, your satisfaction with our table tennis equipment is our priority. We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact condition that you received it: unused, unglued, unlacquered, and in its original packaging. Please note the following specific requirements for table tennis gear:

• Table Tennis Rubbers: Must have their original protective film intact and factory seals completely unbroken.

• Table Tennis Blades: Must show absolutely no signs of adhesive residue, edge dings, or grip sweat marks.

• Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is required to process your request.

Non-Returnable Items

For quality and hygiene reasons, certain types of items cannot be returned:

• Customized Equipment: This includes pre-assembled blades with glued rubbers upon customer request.

• Consumables: Maintenance liquids, glues, or cleaning sprays once unsealed.

• Final Sale: Gift cards or clearance items.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact Us: Email us at info@ttgearhub.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

2. Get Instructions: If your return is approved, we will provide the official return shipping address and detailed instructions.

3. Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. We will only cover return shipping costs if the return is due to our error (e.g., a defective or incorrect item was sent).

Refund Processing Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
