### Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not packed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. Once dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number.

### Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Time

* **United States & North America:** 7–18 business days ($4.99 flat rate, or FREE on orders over $50.00 USD).
* **Europe (EU & UK):** 5–15 business days ($3.99 flat rate, or FREE on orders over $50.00 USD).
* **Australia & New Zealand:** 7–18 business days (FREE standard delivery).
* **East Asia:** 7–18 business days (FREE standard delivery).
* **Middle East & Remote Areas:** 7–20 business days ($5.99 – $6.99 flat rate).

*Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur during peak holiday seasons or severe weather conditions.*

### Customs, Duties & Taxes (DDP Priority)
* For orders shipped to the **United States** and the **European Union**, shipments are handled on a **DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)** basis via dedicated postal express lines. All applicable import taxes, tariffs, and standard VAT are pre-cleared by our logistics partners.
* You will not encounter surprise customs brokerage charges at your doorstep. The checkout price is the final price you pay.

### Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours.

### Damaged or Lost Packages
If your table tennis equipment arrives damaged during transit, please contact our support team at **info@ttgearhub.com** within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange an immediate replacement or full refund.
